Rochet Family Chiropractic has served Royal Palm Beach and the surrounding Palm Beach County community since 2007. From day one, one principle has guided every patient encounter: the body is self-healing and self-regulating when the nervous system is free from interference. That is not a tagline. It is the foundation on which every analysis, every adjustment, and every care decision is made.

Dr. Romar Rochet, D.C.

Dr. Rochet has been in chiropractic practice for over 20 years, with the last 18 rooted in Royal Palm Beach. He attended Life Chiropractic College (2000 - 2002) in Marietta GA grounded in vitalistic philosophy — the understanding that intelligence is expressed through the nervous system, and that vertebral subluxation is an interference to that expression, not merely a mechanical problem to be managed. He graduated from Texas Chiropractic College in 2004.

His clinical approach is specific. Before any adjustment is made, every patient receives a neurological analysis — leg-length assessment, postural evaluation, and X-ray review when indicated. If the spine does not need to be adjusted on a given visit, it will not be adjusted. Specificity is not marketing language here. It is the actual method.

What We Practice — and What We Do Not

Rochet Family Chiropractic practices subluxation-based structural chiropractic. That means we detect and correct vertebral subluxations: misalignments of spinal bones that interfere with the brain's ability to communicate with the body through the nervous system.

We do not treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, or any named condition. Many patients notice those things resolve under care — but that is the body doing what it was designed to do once interference is removed. The distinction is not a formality. It is the difference between symptom management and genuine health expression.

Subluxation-based care is not the same as general chiropractic. Most chiropractic offices treat symptoms. We correct the source of nervous system interference. If you have been adjusted before but never had X-rays taken, never had a neurological analysis before each visit, or received the same adjustment every time without variation — you have not experienced subluxation-based structural correction.

Who We Serve

We serve families: infants, children, adults, and seniors. The nervous system does not have an age requirement, and subluxation is not age-specific. Vertebral misalignments occur from the accumulated stresses of life — physical, chemical, and emotional — and correction is available at any stage.

Our patients come from Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, Lake Clarke Shores, and across Palm Beach County. Many have driven past closer offices because they specifically wanted subluxation-based care — not the nearest available adjustment.

A Practice Built on One Thing

Twenty years in practice. Eighteen in the same location. The philosophy unchanged. That consistency is not stubbornness — it is conviction. Subluxation-based chiropractic works because it addresses the right problem. When the nervous system can communicate freely, the body heals itself. That is the promise of subluxation-based chiropractic, and it is the only kind practiced at Rochet Family Chiropractic.
