Rochet Family Chiropractic has served Royal Palm Beach and Palm Beach County since 2007. In that time, one thing has never changed: every patient is analyzed specifically — X-rays, neurological assessments, leg-length checks — before any adjustment is made. We do not guess. We do not apply the same adjustment to every spine. We find the subluxation and correct it.
That is subluxation-based chiropractic. That is principled care. And it is the only kind of chiropractic we practice.
Why Royal Palm Beach Families Choose Principled Care
Most people who find their way to our office have tried chiropractic before. Some were adjusted the same way every visit for years and wondered why nothing changed structurally. Others were told their spine was "fine" while still feeling the effects of nerve interference. A few had never been to a chiropractor at all and wanted to understand what principled care actually means before committing.
We welcome all of them. The conversation we have on the first visit is the same for everyone: chiropractic does not treat pain, conditions, or symptoms. It detects and corrects vertebral subluxation — the misalignment of spinal bones that interferes with the brain's ability to communicate with the body. When that interference is removed, the body does what it was designed to do.
What to Expect as a New Patient
Your first visit begins with a consultation — a conversation, not a sales pitch. Dr. Rochet will review your health history and listen to what brought you in. From there, spinal X-rays are taken to establish your baseline and identify where vertebral subluxations are present, how long they have been there, and what the structural picture looks like.
On your second visit, Dr. Rochet reviews your X-rays with you in detail. You will see exactly what your spine looks like and where the interference is. A specific care plan is then developed — not a generic program, but one built around your spine, your age, and your goals.
Every subsequent visit includes neurological analysis before any adjustment. If your spine does not need to be adjusted that day, it will not be adjusted. Specificity is not a marketing phrase here — it is the actual method.
Serving 33411 and the Surrounding Community
Our office is located at 650-7 Royal Palm Beach Blvd, easily accessible from throughout Royal Palm Beach, Wellington, West Palm Beach, and Lake Clarke Shores. We have seen patients from across Palm Beach County who made the drive because they wanted principled, subluxation-based care — not the nearest office.
We serve families: parents, children, infants, and grandparents. The nervous system does not have an age requirement, and neither does the need for a properly functioning spine. Vertebral subluxations occur from the stresses of daily life — physical, chemical, and emotional — and correction is not age-specific.
A note on what we do not do: We do not treat back pain, neck pain, headaches, sciatica, or any named condition. If your spine is subluxated and we correct it, many people notice those things resolve — but that is the body healing itself, not us treating symptoms. The distinction matters. It defines what principled chiropractic actually is.
Dr. Romar Rochet, D.C.
Dr. Rochet has been in practice for over 20 years, the last 18 of which have been in Royal Palm Beach. He graduated from chiropractic college grounded in the philosophy that the body is self-healing and self-regulating when the nervous system is free from interference. That philosophy has not changed.
His approach is specific, his analysis is thorough, and his care is consistent. Patients who have been under his care for years will tell you the same thing: nothing is routine about the adjustments they receive. That is by design.
