This site should work for every patient who needs it — including patients using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard instead of a mouse, or viewing the page at large text sizes. This page states the standard we build to, what has been done, and what has not.
The standard
We build this site to WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
What has been done
- Colour contrast corrected across the site, including all fifty blog posts and both new patient intake forms.
- Every control on the new patient intake forms can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Every question on those forms is programmatically tied to its answer choices, so a screen reader announces the question before the options.
- A “Skip to content” link on every page that carries navigation.
- Descriptive alternative text on every image.
Video and captions
Our full-length videos carry captions through YouTube, which you can turn on with the CC button in the player. If you would rather read than watch, call or email and we will send you a transcript of any video on this site.
If something on this site blocks you
Call (561) 795-3156 or email [email protected]. Tell us what you were trying to do and what stopped you. We will fix it.
You do not need this website to become a patient. Every form here can be completed on paper in the office, and we will take your information by phone if that is easier for you.
