Every rider knows the horse mirrors the rider. Sit heavier on one seat bone, collapse a hip, brace through your low back, and the horse compensates — drifting, resisting on one rein, breaking gait — and most riders never realize it started in their own body. Years in the saddle, the occasional fall, hauling hay and tack, long days on your feet at the barn: it adds up in the back and pelvis, and your body quietly works around it until your riding gives it away.

What I do is find where the spine has shifted out of position — a subluxation — and correct it, so you can sit even, absorb the motion, and ride the way you want through a full lesson, a long trail day, or a whole show weekend. It shows up off the horse too, in sleeping better, lifting without paying for it later, and getting through the day without your back reminding you it's there.
